Coerced and Invalid Jewish Divorces
A Get Meusah is a Jewish divorce procedure involving coercion against the husband, which in most cases invalidates the Get (writ of divorce) under Jewish law. In such cases the Jewish wife remains married to her husband, and any relationship she has with another man is considered adultery under Jewish law, and any children born of that relationship are considered mamzerim.
